Since the launching of the mainnet, we have continued to strengthen the technological foundation. We have improved the network stability and optimized the APIs with support from third party whitehat hackers and tech teams of our Representatives (BPs). 我是郑玹宇,来自韩国,初中赶上第一次互联网浪潮,赚到了人生第一个百万美金,进过软银风投,2013年从北大毕业。从最初在北大参加社团活动,只能听懂20%的中文,到现在和中国的伙伴们一起在中关村创业,做一款针对中国大学生的移动社交平台tataUFO,我在中国近六年的经历一直围绕着几个关键词:大学生、80后、90后。

不少人问我,为什么选择在中国创业,为什么选择大学生这个群体,为什么要做社交平台?我想一个很重要的原因是在北大读书期间,大二结束时我要回韩国服兵役(每一个欧巴的必经之路),三年的间隔让我身边的同学由85后全都变成了90后,2011年重返北大的我,成了名副其实的“叔叔”。当年特殊的“留级”给了我一个客观观察中国大学生变化的机会,目前的创业更让我广泛地接触了90后大学生,也让我得出一个观点,就是90后会抢了80后的饭碗,尤其是85后要小心了。

90后的“爹”有钱又任性

从时代背景和父辈影响来看,80后的“爹”很嫩,90后的“爹”才叫有眼光有胆识。

80后上小学初中的时候,还是90年代。他们能接触到的电视节目等媒体很官方,很红色,很单一,很无聊。那时候中国的互联网环境没那么发达,宽带普及也比较少,听朋友说,他们童年里能看的基本是西游记黑猫警长,能玩的也就是路边街机小霸王,能听的大都是周杰伦老磁带,能摸的也只是墙上朦胧的明星照。这些都是美好的,但是远远没那么精彩。

90后就大不相同,2000年之后上小学的他们赶上了中国发展迅猛的时候,特别是互联网的普及,获取信息和传递声音的途径不再只依靠几个官媒,从小看韩剧英剧美剧长大,视野以及看待问题的角度变得很不一样。

80后的父母是50后,90后的父母是60后。1993年中国市场开放后,出现了很多发展机遇。60后相对年轻,孩子年龄也小,所以他们面对机会更愿意去冒险,比如很多人在恢复高考后接受高等教育,一部分人成为外企的翻译,眼界变得很开阔,他们其中一些人后来成为了外企或民企的老板,是中国财富积累的第一代。

50后就没有这么幸运,当时他们的整体年龄40多岁,孩子也上学了,心态比较保守,错过了好机会,于是给孩子很多压力,规划孩子的人生,反而钱多又忙的60后,给孩子很多自由的空间成长。

90后的生活才叫“生活”

90后的生活才叫“生活”,80后简直就是“三无青年”,没眼界,没亮点,没妹子,从来没经历过“年轻”,从小直接变老。

我刚进入北大时,身边的80后每个月的零花钱也就七八百人民币,没钱买花跟妹子表白只能在她宿舍楼下喊楼,约妹子去电影院星巴克就得吃一周的泡面。等我服兵役回来,身边的90后每个月平均花费两三千,消费意识超前,知道分期购买,两者一对比,一个苦B,一个酷B。80后大学生很少去校外,多数是三点一线(宿舍,食堂,图书馆)。我很清楚地记得第一天在北大上课,政治经济学,问身边的同学下课后想干嘛,周末计划干嘛,他的回答都是去图书馆学GRE,我问他为什么,他说是父母希望他以后出国留学。大一的第一堂课,还没有真正开始体会大学生活,就已经因为父母的期待,过早地规划了人生,甚至还嫌晚,可能他的同学高考之后就开始去图书馆学GRE了。

90后在大学的课余生活就很多样,爱好也很丰富。周末出去聚会,K歌,逛夜店,当志愿者,寒暑假出国尝普吉美食,逛曼谷小馆子,到东京看夜景,来首尔购物…穷游、gap year等在90后眼里司空见惯的词汇,可能在80后心里是遥不可及的概念(最近恶补中国的成语,不知道用的对不对)。

80后在大学的实习和恋爱也一样悲催,当时大学出国交换或者实习的机会不多,竞争又激烈,有些同学大学四年从没经历过实习,毕业直接全职工作,对职场和未来的规划也都很雷同,很保守,很盲目,基本都是考研,进大公司,争户口,买房买车,毕业两三年就结婚。不少人从未谈过一场恋爱,都是从韩剧里找幻想,从父辈那听建议,从相亲中要保证。

90后的社交方式才更合理,从大一大二就开始做实习,经历不同公司的工作环境,了解外面的世界,也了解自己的兴趣。他们对生活索要的答案多种多样,也敢于提出不同的追求和梦想,谈的恋爱次数普遍≧2,没有钱买房子没关系,享受当下的生活就好,没遇到合适的TA没关系,不需要碍于面子着急结婚。

90后穿着时尚的“滑板鞋”

来自职场的压力和社会的变化,我觉得80后尤其是85后,努力只是徒劳,穿着“平底鞋”,怎么跟得上90后的节奏。

越来越多的90后毕业生涌入职场,与80后竞争,可能很多80后还没太察觉到这股来势汹汹,特别是在创意、设计、广告、产品等领域。等这部分80后察觉到,他们已经被甩出好几条街,后知后觉=后会无期。如果他们已经达到senior级别还好,很多菜鸟没当几年的85后就相当危险,职场里的入职年份保证不了升职空间,过多的顾虑和犹豫只会丧失绝佳机会,这些我在面试的过程中深有感触。

抛开那些严肃的职场规划不谈,就连同事们一起出去玩,90后也是最会玩的群体,成了CEO(Chief Entertainment Officer)。最近媒体经常聊90后创业,我认为虽然他们缺乏经验,多少显得有些幼稚(比如余佳文),但是他们比80后敢于冒险,有充足的时间经营梦想,能够理解现在年轻人的想法和眼光。现在很多85后创业者甚至装成是90后在炒作,已经说明在竞争关系中,他们在心态上就示弱了。

90后这个群体刚引起人们注意的时候,被附加了很多标签,什么“奇葩”“脑残””非主流”“垮掉的一代”,这些标签本身就很没节操,难道爱玩爱社交,不买房子不买车,不在意舆论是否认同,没有依照父辈传统价值观生活,就是“疯狂”么?更何况,几个标签根本无法代表90后,他们最大的特点就是每个人都很有个性,而很多80后的最大特点就是没特点。

现在众多产品和活动的设计更多样,更有内涵,像安踏、李宁这种过去单纯依靠价格而被80后争相追逐的“便宜”品牌会死掉,只有像小米这种注重品牌和高性价比的模式,才会让90后买账。90后有更明显的年轻人的态度,也逐渐变得冷静、成熟和出色,当他们成为整个社会主流的时候,对社会、市场、文化、产业等方方面面会产生巨大的影响。

我相信这个影响整体上是积极的,也是无法逆转的。所谓“90后现象”不会是暂时的,只有90后吸引80后,80后吸引不了90后,而且相当一部分的80后,即使再努力奋斗,新时代也没有能载动他们的船,这不是谁的错,或者谁做的不够好,只是因为格局变了,这部分人不属于未来。
